If you want to activate them, I can direct you to where we keep the 2 buzzers and you can plug in the buzzer in whichever rooms you wish to be notified if any of the 3 entry doors are opened. (Very helpful for curious toddlers who know how to open doors!) Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Bulwark Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
